This is actually two complete and customizable sites under the same address.  Primarily, the site is designed directly for display on a mobile phone.  The adaptive technology allows the owner to modifiy and customize many of the individual settings that are used to customize the site depnding on display device size. 

Depending on what you want, you can develop two very distinct versions of your website.  One automatically desgned especially for the phone, the other designed to show much nicer on the larger screens such as: desktop, laptop or tablet.
